Cargo Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This way, you can easily track the location of your shipment.

Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary between 2-7 business days depending on your location and the courier company. During busy periods (e.g., holidays and New Year's Eve), delays may occur.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

Returns for Personalized Products: For personalized products, cancellation requests can be made before the product goes into production (before order confirmation). Because the product is custom-designed, returns and exchanges are not accepted once production has begun.

Returns for Standard Products: For non-personalized products, you can request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Product: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You can return the product free of charge or request an exchange. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
